Our with a well-established UK Restructuring team (UKR) they are seeking an Experienced Manager or Associate Director to join a high achieving and dynamic team. The team has a proven track record of handling complex advisory assignments and insolvency appointments, contributing to some of the most high-profile restructuring cases in the UK and overseas.
About the Role:
As an Experienced Manager or Associate Director within the team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of case work, demonstrating your expertise, whilst supporting the partner on the respective case. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting partners and directors in preparing and pitching for new assignments, offering innovative solutions to client issues.
Leading client relationships, identifying opportunities for new work, and contributing to the development of new products and services.
Mentoring team members to deliver excellent client service and fostering their professional development.
Taking responsibility for compliance, risk management, budgets, and billing to ensure timely and profitable service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Application of technical knowledge effectively in advancing projects.
Be the lead contact for multiple client relationships, while balancing risks and commercial opportunities.
Prepare reports and recommendations for lenders and stakeholders.
Understand the market, identify business opportunities, and maintain a strong network of contacts.
Qualifications and Experience:
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) with over five years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in financial services restructuring, business reviews, winddown planning, and insolvency appointments.
JIEB qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to manage small teams and report directly to lead partners or directors.
